II. A. 1. b. Transfer of Funds Among Technical Colleges

The Vice President of Administrative Services (VPA) shall contact the appropriate personnel at the Department of Technical and Adult Education with sufficient information to request a transfer of funds.

If DTAE approves the transfer, the VPA will secure documentation for a budget amendment.

The Budget Accountant of the College will enter the budget amendment into the accounting system.
