Articulation

Students may have the ability to receive credit at another college by successfully completing courses at NGTC through signed agreements that we have in place. This allows for a simple transition for the student from NGTC to another college. For more information, refer to the individual agreements with each college by clicking the links to the left.

Students who graduate from an accredited Georgia Public high school may be able to articulate credits to North Georgia Technical College. Classes you take in high school can receive the same credit as classes offered at North Georgia Technical College. To receive articulated credit, you must make an 80 (B) or better in your high school course. You must submit an application to NGTC at the completion of your high school course or up to 18 months after high school graduation. A validation test is required in order to receive Articulated Credit.
