The Automotive Collision Repair program is a sequence of
courses designed to prepare students for careers in the automotive
collision repair profession. Learning opportunities develop
academic, technical, and professional knowledge and skills
required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement.
The program emphasizes either major auto collision repair
and/or auto painting and refinishing. All auto refinishing
work is done in a paint booth approved by the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency. The booth removes all toxic materials from
the atmosphere, protecting students and instructors.
Completion of one specialization is required: Major Collision
Repair or Paint and Refinishing.
Program graduates receive an Automotive Collision Repair
diploma which qualifies them as either major collision repair
technician or painting and refinishing technician.
This program is ASE certified.
